  Hello, Prior to the restriction and guideline associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic I leased a house with 5 college students this arrangement had met with no difficulties and started Sept 2019 The lease agreement is for 10 months ending in June. Barriers Created as follows: 3 of the 5 roommates have moved out since April 2020 creating a significant barrier. As of now we are in need of assistance with Avista and Utillities bill payments. As of now I still owe $162.36 for Avista Utillities bill and $123.00 for WSG. Is it possible to receive help with this cost so that the remaining bills won’t go into collections. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated Thanks
