We do not assist with deposits or pay any amount in arrears. Additional amounts are provided if rent includes utility services.

My rent will increase by $40.00 in Feb. 2021 from $780 + $35 for bulk cable to $820 + $35 for bulk cable but I will still be receiving only my Social Security of $1346 and a small pension of $422 a month. Is there any assistance programs available to me to help with my monthly rental cost?
