Hello , I hate to say my experience this past week with helping hands has been the worst and most hurtful accusations. Because me and my family are STILL IN NEED. I've been up stressing and calling every one. Since the lady who returned my call Thursday just to tell me how we've completely started off on the wrong foot. Because she think I was lying to her.... She wouldn't even give me the time of day to set me up a appointment to see if I can maybe with grace of God qualify for mortgage help this month.. It would just really really help us.. We are always donating . And my bf has to much pride which is why it took so long for me to ask for help because he really did not want to ask for help... But we are desperate. He got paid 700$ and our monthly mortgage is seven hundred sixth 1716.66 (possibly) I'm sorry I am a bit dyslexic. And get this backwards so when they lady who answered my phone call back thrusady told me she didn't believe me at all and was not going to deal with me at all and wouldn't let me come in to show her or anything... When she started telling me all these things I just started to cry and try hard to handle it correctly because we DO need the help. And I wasn't lying or withholding Information. I never even got to make it into a appointment to show his pay stub for his pay and here I am again asking for help from the helping hand .. Because our family needs it... Not sure if this will work , but it worth a shot.
