Continuum of Care Rapid Re Housing. Provides temporary rental and deposit assistance for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. 2. The other program they offer is The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF). It is designed to assist very low-income veterans and their families who are facing homelessness. This outreach intends to help veterans with obtaining and maintaining stable housing by overcoming and addressing housing barriers.
