PR STATE PROGRAM

PR STATE PROGRAM offers  program known as the Homelessness and Rapid Rehabilitation Programme (HPRP), is distributed based on the formula used in the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG). Scholarship holders may offer rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who are domiciled or wishing to reside outside their jurisdiction. They may also fund subcommittees that serve persons located outside a jurisdiction, subcommittees that are located outside a jurisdiction and subcommittees that serve multiple jurisdictions. The grantee may set stricter requirements, such as requiring hprp funds to be spent within jurisdiction or establishing a residency requirement, but hud does not establish these requirements.
