  I have a tenant who is experiencing problems paying her rent. She is behind in her rent by a month and is in quarantine because her workplace experienced a Covid breakthrough including her boss and several people she works with. I do not want to evict, but I can't afford to take the hit. We are located in St. Marys, PA. If you cannot assist, is there a place or govt office you can refer her to?
