Homeless and Rapid Re-Housing Prevention Program On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which included $1.5 billion in homelessness prevention funds. Department of Community and Business Development - BUCKS COUNTY offers program that called the Homeless and Rapid Re-Housing Prevention Program (HPRP), is being distributed based on the formula used for the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) program. Grantees may provide rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who live or seek to live outside the jurisdiction. They may also finance ubgrantes serving outside the jurisdiction, sub-grenades that are outside the jurisdiction, and sub-grenades serving multiple jurisdictions. A scholarship holder can set stricter requirements, e.g. B. the use of HPRP funds within the jurisdiction or the establishment of a residence requirement, but HUD does not specify these requirements.
