  Hello, I rent two rooms to a single father of a 5 year old son, he will be three months behind on rent. Last year he was able to get some help from a Clackamas County agency, but they are so overwhelmed with need, they have not been able to keep up with demand. I am late with my property taxes $3,500 and have a $2,400 bill from PGE that will soon be $3,000 if there is anyway we can get some help, it would be appreciated.
