I am reaching out to you today because my son and daughter in law have 2 young children and are 2800 behind in rent. they have applyed with the 211 but have heard nothing. my son does have a good job but makes too much for help threw DSS but not enough to cover all the bills because only he is working. I am hoping you can help me or offer any suggestions.

How long do you provide rental assistance and what is your limit to how high the rent could be .
