EmThe emergency financial support, which is contingent on a client's ability to maintain independent status, is at the discretion of staff to grant written procedures. CAF can pay up to $500 per family for clients who do not pay rent due to crisis situations. Past utilities like gas, electricity, oil, etc. can be paid up to a maximum of $200 per customer. CAF can provide limited assistance in the purchase of prescription drugs, up to $25 per customer.
