SEAP Makes a DifferenceHow?Through referrals from our member agencies and support from our funding sources, SEAP is able to help households who are faced with an emergency need and who do not have the money to meet that need. SEAP can help purchase resources like medications, medical equipment, rent and deposit assistance, bus passes, appliances, furniture, and many other items. Who can get help?People who are participants in member agency services can talk to their caseworkers about getting help for emergency needs. SEAP is contacted to see if the client is eligible. Eligibility is based on past use of SEAP funds. We are not able to help people who are not working with an agency. We will be happy to help find sources within the community that may be able to help.
