I need help paying my rent I am a single mother of two I do work but due to my son being in the hospital then home from school and paying other bill I can not make my rent how do I get help

I am a single ,disabled mom with recently diagnosed stage 2 kidney disease and type 2 diabetes back ,neck and leg pain. My kids are grown but one lives with me and she is looking for work. My rent went up from 500/monthly to 745.00 monthly and I cant afford this and we are renting a room from someone and we are originally from SC. I will hopefully be moving back next year. But I need help paying my rent due to I only bring home as of January $820. Plus now pay for dental insurance also.
