To whom is concern: I need help with the rent I am single mother with 3 kids. I am moved from Los Angeles to Bakersfield to be able to pay the rent but I do not have job right now for the reason COVI-19. If you can help me and you have somebody speak Spanish should be better for me.

I am inquiring about rental assistance. My wife on Jan. 20 tested positive for Covid and has had severe symtoms. I am her primary care provider. I have just received test results for Covid that was positive. At this time I am one month behind on the rent and behind on utilities.
