Valley Assistance provides rental assistance to qualified households meeting service area, income and documentation requirements; information, referral and resources provided. All applicants must schedule an appointment so that the MAP (Monetary Assistance Program) team can provide one-to-one customer service to help individuals, families and seniors build their safety net.Limited funding available through HUD/Emergency Services for Rapid Rehousing and Homeless Prevention Services (must meet HUD income and Fair Market Rent requirements).
