Homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing programme Funding for this program, called the Rapid Housing and Re-Housing Prevention Program (HPRP), is being distributed based on the formula used for the Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG) program. Grantees may provide rental assistance or services to eligible program participants who reside or wish to reside outside of their jurisdiction. Counties served:Pulaski County They may also fund ubgrants that serve persons outside the jurisdiction, sub-grantes outside the jurisdiction, and sub-grantees that serve several jurisdictions. A payee may establish more stringent requirements, such as requiring that HPRP funds be spent within the jurisdiction or establishing a residency requirement, but HUD does not establish such requirements.

I have been on my job for 27 years. I work for the Little Rock Marriott. I have been laid off since March 14. I need assistant to pay rent and other bills. Also I would like to go back to school for computer software programing or business management. I need this so I will be able to compete for a better job.
